As a Reverse Mortgage Specialist you will be is responsible for business development and loan production. On a day to day basis your responsibilities will be:
• Meet with seniors to advise them on how our financial products may meet their financial needs
• Build a professional referral network, follow up on referrals from the Bank network of Business Bankers, Retail Centers and Commercial Bankers
• Build a professional referral network through self sourcing channels
• Make group presentations to financial professionals and senior groups
• Participate in all activities required to bring a loan to closing.
Position Requirements
• At least 2 years experience with full life cycle Reverse Mortgage sales.
• Past cross selling experience
• Computer proficiency and experience with contact management software
• Incumbent will be highly professional with the ability to prospect new clients through seminars, broker and client referrals, etc.
• Must be motivated, success-oriented, patient and an ethical self starter who wants to maximize their career potential
• Highly professional appearance is a must
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to develop and grow relationships in senior markets
